Full time athletes have very specific needs in terms of Life Coaching. You work extremely hard to reach your potential within your sport. It is a demanding lifestyle requiring dedication, resilience, focus, a good deal of self-sacrifice, combined with a positive mindset and the ability to stay motivated, especially when things aren’t going so well, whether through a performance dip, injury, burnout or other ‘life’ issues outside of your sport. A Life Coach for athletes understands the subtle nuances of what an athlete does on a day-to-day basis, the challenges you encounter, and the type of planning required for the future.
